It may sound like I have lost my mind in this video, but I can bet you can relate to what I am saying.  The only difference between you and I comes down to how we use this information for success.

So true! Sue 2 gets way more accomplished when Sue 1 has planned the meals for the next day or week, planned the exercise workout so Sue 2 knows exactly what she is doing and gets it done! Thanks for jumpstarting my Sue 1 thru your workouts and motivation when I had little. I can now plan my own workouts and meals and have done very well maintaining. I don’t think about what I can’t have or what I have to do, it’s a choice of what I want or what I want to do. And I choose to be happy, healthy and active.
And I have little to no cravings for unhealthy stuff like fried foods, icecream, sweets etc… I have found away to adapt recipes to satisfy my appetite!
