Cardiovascular training is very important but the only problem is I don’t have a lot of extra time. I am busy from 4:30am – 8pm with clients Monday – Friday and then when I get home I spend the rest of my day with my family. That is why I decided to do some research to find out how I can get the same results in a shorter time period.
